Internal Sales Executive - Fluent Dutch - Hertfordshire Salary: to c£26k including bonuses

Our client is a global player offering great career development opportunities : the position is based at their European HQ in Watford.
This is an internal sales position targeting prospects in the Benelux markets. You will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads by identifying & calling prospective customers for our client`s software solutions. You will be working closely with dedicated field-based Account Managers who will follow up your qualified leads with a client on-site software demonstration to secure the sale. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of cold-calling & working in a fast-paced targeted environment. Success in this role will see you promoted into an external Account Manager position within 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify prospects via cold calling for each campaign assigned. Converting prospects to qualified leads which are passed to field sales, internal account management for existing customers Introduction of company into targeted accounts. Maintain prospecting database. Initial follow-up on sales leads from exhibitions, mail shots, media advertising and marketing. Maintain close contact with field sales, informing them of all issues relating to the area where internal sales is involved. Making appointments for and passing leads to field sales. Accurate and timely completion of daily*weekly activity reports. Ensure high level of personal product knowledge and an awareness of ?soon to be released? components. High awareness of competitor products. Assist with any other reasonable tasks, which may be considered relevant to the Internal Sales Executive function.
Key Requirements:
Minimum one year in Internal Sales within the IT sector. Currently holding a position as an Internal Sales Executive or similar. Professional, smart, enthusiastic, self motivated. Has worked towards targets and achieved results. Creative, enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. 100% fluent in English & Dutch Living 45 minutes max travel time to Watford.
